All details of cream separator Motor Sich SCM-100-15 are made of aluminum and stainless steel except the outside body, which was made of polypropylene to make separator’s weight and cost lower.

This model can process up to 100 liters of milk per hour.

This separator designed to separate whole milk into cream and skim milk with simultaneous decontamination.

You can separate the milk of cow, goat, sheep, camel, and others.

Main Benefits

  • You get 1 liter of cream (with 15-50% fat) less than in 7 minutes.
  • There’s an additional clearing during milk separation due to a special internal filter.
  • The whole separator can fit in a convenient box, size 40*40*25 cm.

This separator for milk at the same time eliminates pollution, which appeared in the product after straining. Milk should be warmed to 40-50 degrees to get better results.

Pour milk during rotation of the bowl. In the meantime, separator isolates the cream, and milk goes out through 2 tubes: on the one hand cream and on the other hand skim milk. The cream stream is less and has off-white color. Bluish skim milk flows by the thick stream.

Operating on the principle of rapid rotation of the drum, separator affects the milk by centrifugal force, so that separation of milk occurs. The drum of home separators runs at high speeds over 10000 rpm. Because of its high-speed milk is quickly divided into fat and fat-free parts.
